About MizuWatch

MizuWatch was created in response to a real-world challenge at Generation Park, a 4,300-acre master-planned development in Houston by McCord Development. After experiencing a major water loss event, it became clear that existing processes were too reactive, and issues were often identified too late, after losses had already begun.

That led to the creation of MizuWatch, a cloud-based platform that combines smart infrastructure data with machine learning to turn raw signals into clear, actionable insights. Operators gain an end-to-end view of their system, from supply to demand, through a digital twin, allowing them to monitor daily accountability, respond quickly to issues, and make more informed decisions.

Today, it is actively used at Generation Park Management District (GPMD)and in pilot programs with operators, helping reduce non-revenue water, prevent infrastructure damage, and support more resilient systems that drive long-term economic growth.
